Lab testing – TB screening(tuberculosis), syphilis, gonorrhea, MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (Chickenpox) and Hepatitis B. This varies on the vaccination status and age.

Vaccination records
Previous medical records (if relevant)
USCIS Form I-693 (if already provided)

If you pay online, please write the cardholder’s name used for payment and the number of people for the immigration physical in the notes section when booking your appointment.

Attend the exam – typically 30–60 minutes
Lab Results in 4-7 Business Days
Receive completed Form I-693 within a few business days
Submit your form to USCIS as part of your green card application
If the TB screening test is positive, you need a chest X-ray, and it will be reported to the County Health Department according to the USCIS guidelines.
